If you want to remain in command, build miles or simply have an experienced hand beside you, BAY can supply a delivery skipper or a complete yacht delivery crew. We match people to the vessel, route and atmosphere aboard.

We pay our crew.
BAY pays a day rate, covers agreed flights and travel from home to vessel and back, and provides a daily food allowance. We do not charge sailors a fee to be on a crew list. We expect professionalism, honesty and a practical approach in return.
